Via Fresca was opened in 2006 by Cristina and John Randazzo of Guilderland, Via Fresca is a market where the quality of the ingredients come first and fresh is best.

John is an accomplished Chef and Cristina formalized her training in pastry arts. Both were formally trained at top culinarys schools and have worked as chefs at top restaurants in New York City.
